SWG: UTOPIA PRIVACY SHIELD POLICY
SWG Utopia and its affiliates are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of those who entrust SWG Utopia with their Personal Information. Accordingly, SWG Utopia adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles (the "Principles") as agreed to by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission. SWG Utopia commits to subject all Personal Information received from the European Union to the Principles.
SCOPE OF PRIVACY SHIELD COMMITMENT
SWG Utopia adheres to the Privacy Shield for all Personal Information (i.e. information from which an individual can be directly or indirectly identified) that it processes and which is transferred from countries in the European Economic Area to the United States, including but not limited to, Personal Information from Customer, Users, Members, or Players.

Customers, Members, Users, or Players are required to confirm their acceptance of the terms in the Privacy Policy before creating a user account.

ONWARD TRANSFER
SWG Utopia is required to take certain steps when transferring Personal Information received from the European Union to third parties (such as including necessary contractual provisions in our third-party contracts). CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY SHIELD POLICY
Because of SWG Utopia's commitment to the protection of Personal Information, SWG Utopia periodically evaluates its privacy policies and procedures to implement improvements and refinements from time to time. When this Privacy Shield Policy is amended, SWG Utopia will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Shield Policy.
