On August 18, 2023, SWG: Utopia acquired SWG: Resurgence, and effective on that date, the license to all assets and systems technology that was created under SWG: Resurgence and protected under Title 17 of the United States Copyright Act of 1976 now falls under SWG: Utopia. Any continued use without expressed written consent is prohibited.
