THE FOLLOWING ARE THE INFRACTION GUIDELINES THAT GOVERN THE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, AS RELATED TO ANY AND ALL RULES AND POLICIES OF SWG: UTOPIA. YOU CAN FIND ALL ASSOCIATED POINT VALUES FOR ALL INFRACTIONS, AS WELL AS THE BREAKDOWN OF THE POINT TO SUSPENSION TO TERMINATION, RATIO. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT WILL, WITH OR WITH NOTICE, OF ANY KIND.

==Community Infractions==

<ol>
<li>Advertising Other Projects: One (1) Point.</li>
<li>Unauthorized Multiple Account(s): Account Termination for any Additional Account(s), and One (1) Point, for the Original Account</li>
<li>Disparaging Any Religion, Race, Nation, Gender, or Sexual Orientation (Minor): Three (3) Points</li>
<li>Trolling, Harassment, Inciting Drama, or Posting Obsceneties: Three (3) Points</li>
<li>Posting Real Life Information (Minor): Four (4) Points</li>
<li>Harassment, Threats, Abuse, or Personal Attacks (Minor): Five (5) Points</li>
<li>Disparaging Any Religion, Race, Nation, Gender, or Sexual Orientation (Severe): Six (6) Points</li>
<li>Posting Real Life Information of any Community Member (Severe): Ten (10) Points</li>
<li>Harassment, Threats, Abuse or Personal Attacks (Severe): Fifteen (15) Points</li>
<li>Violating Local, State, Federal, or International Laws: Fifteen (15) Points</li>
<li>Violating any of the Legal Policies: Fifteen (15) Points</li>

<li>Area Disruption (Severe): Five (5) Points</li>

<li>Hacking or Exploiting (Minor): Six (6) Points</li>
<li>Harassment, Threats, Abuse or Personal Attacks (Severe): Fifteen (15) Points</li>
<li>Hacking or Exploiting (Severe): Fifteen (15) Points</li>
<li>Violating Local, State, National or International Laws: Fifteen (15) Poitns</li>

==Disciplinary Actions==

When it comes to the difference between minor and major violations, should a minor incident occur, the CSR Staff will have the jurisdiction to issue warnings (which award 0 points), instead of the full infraction, which will not be possible warnings.

If you fail to adhere to the rules and policies here, these are the actions that can be taken against player accounts, based on the severity of the violations. On {{SITENAME}}, you receive infraction points for Forum and Ingame rule and policy violations

<li>03 POINTS: 24 HOUR SUSPENSION</li>
<li>04 POINTS: 05 DAY SUSPENSION</li>
<li>05 POINTS: 10 DAY SUSPENSION</li>
<li>07 POINTS: 30 DAY SUSPENSION</li>
<li>10 POINTS: 90 DAY SUSPENSION</li>
<li>12 POINTS: 160 DAY SUSPENSION</li>
<li>15 POINTS: ACCOUNT TERMINATION

==Conclusion==

Those who violate the rules of the forums may or may not receive a warning before action is taken. In the event that a warning is given, the warning will be recorded on the player’s game account, and may result in further action, should players show a pattern of engaging in prohibited conduct.

Following receiving an infraction of any kind, if after three (3) months, and you have demonstrated good conduct, player accounts point value will decrease by one (1) point, each month, thereafter.
