RIS Armor health and action bugs (for my characters at least)

When equipping RIS armor I only get 1k bonus in total. So I'm not even getting the full bonus of the second piece of armor. This is true for both pre and post update armor.

have you noticed if this is the case for just one character or does the same apply to all of your characters? I have never paid attention but plan to test this as it may be a capped set value in the code somewhere that we missed when implementing. I also didnt notice if it had this affect back when the set values were +2700 for a full set

There is a hard cap, no matter what the stats are, they will not go over the hard cap.
