R/E Tool Borking Again

While using the R/E tool to turn clothing and armor pieces into power bits, the tool is refusing to r/e any that are not single attribute. I can r/e a 20 but not a 20 20 anything with triple or quadruple stats.

This would be a mantis bug report. But we have fixes to RE coming in GU1.
